After shopping for a new Outback in Sacramento and finding the buying experience less than satisfying at two dealerships, we called Shingle Springs Subaru after closing time on a Saturday night and the General Manager answered. He was just great - answered all our questions and told us what he had in stock and what was in transit. We made the drive up to Shingle Springs on Sunday and we were greeted and helped by a friendly, cheerful and helpful sales person. We quickly agreed on price and decided to buy an Outback that was in transit. No cash deposit was needed and we were pleasantly surprised when the car came in a week early. When we picked up the car the process was easy and enjoyable. Everyone from the GM to the sales person and the finance manager were quite pleasant and easy to work with. We realized that going to a smaller dealership with staff who are willing to earn our business was well worth the 45 min drive from Davis to Shingle Springs.

The Shingle Springs Subaru dealership is awesome. Everyone is so helpful. Chuck went the extra mile and got my car washed and charged up for me after my service. And a HUGE shout out to Lauryn. She was Instrumental in helping me come from out of town, arrange a rental, arrange for my car to get a new windshield, and get serviced all in the same time frame. This was a big ask since so much coordinating was required, and I was coming from out of town. Not a lot of room for error! Lauryn is super capable, professional and very kind. Thank you all for being such wonderful humans!

I just purchased my third Subaru from Shingle Springs Subaru and as always I found them to extremely professional, relaxed in presentation (zero pressure), informative, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. The price was extremely fair, I just asked them for their best price and they gave it to me, no haggling necessary. I was in and out of the door quickly. My new 2025 Outback is the best yet and if you want a 2025, you can get a great deal on price and financing before the very much remodeled 2026 Outbacks arrive (I was going to pay cash, but at 1.9% interest I'm far better off keeping my money in my investments). I bought the Premium package as though it might not have some of the luxury additions to more expensive models, it still feels very much like a luxury vehicle, especially in comparison to overpriced competitors that charge $5000K more for similar vehicles despite offering lesser components and accessories. The Cosmic Blue Pearl color has gotten a lot of compliments. ❤️1

Wanted to give a review of a great purchasing experience with Shingle Springs Subaru! Jeff, my sales guy, got me a great deal in the car I wanted and Omar, my finance guy, was also great! No one was pushy like you get at most dealerships and the entire experience was great!
