To make sure you’re familiar with these features and to personalize them according to your needs, Subaru created the Love-Encore visit. You’ll have a one-on-one appointment at Shingle Springs Subaru with a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist who will answer any questions you have and help you explore and customize your vehicle’s systems.

Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Shingle Springs Subaru Subaru Star Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 60 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle’s features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle’s technology enhances your driving experience.
Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. You will also learn about MySubaru Connected Services and how to enroll. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.
Pairing/Using Bluetooth
Subaru makes it easy to connect Android™ and Apple phones, or almost any other Bluetooth-enabled mobile device to your vehicle, so you can enjoy all your favorite content on your drive.
Power Rear Gate memory height
The Power Rear Gate’s opening height can be adjusted when overhead space is limited, and the setting is stored for future use.
Multi-Function Display
The Multi-Function Display delivers important information about your vehicle’s different systems, mileage, outside temperature, and more.
Navigation
Subaru Multimedia System with Navigation features an intuitive interface and high-resolution touch-screen for entering addresses, displaying traffic, and finding points of interest.
Subaru EyeSight
Subaru EyeSight Driver Assist Technology is an extra set of eyes on the road and, if need be, an extra foot on the brake when you drive. Featured components include Adaptive Cruise Control; Lane Keep Assist and Sway Warning; and Pre-Collision Braking and Throttle Management.
My Subaru Connected Services
The MySubaru mobile app is the primary tool for accessing and managing your MySubaru account. With the app, you can use remote services (i.e., Lock/Unlock, Vehicle Locate, Engine Start), view vehicle health information, schedule service with a Subaru retailer, and much more—all from your phone. It’s available on both the iOS and Android app stores.
